We work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping timelines below:
Processing Times
Each piece is made-to-order by hand, so production can take between 3-5 business days depending on the complexity of the product.
Once produced, your items will be shipped. See below for the estimated shipping times:
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic
- USA Standard: 3-5 Business Days - USPS/DHL - (FREE)
- USA Priority: 1-2 Business Days - FedEx - ($15.00)
Please note: Delivery times may increase slightly during peak seasons and holidays due to carrier delays. We currently only ship within the USA.
Shipping Locations
Our products are shipped from facilities located in Florida, Nevada, and Michigan, depending on product type and stock availability.
Tracking & Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking shows the order as “delivered” but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you first contact your courier with your tracking number. If the courier is unable to locate your package, we may assist further in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Which Carrier Do You Use?
At AzulSierra, we partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Depending on your location and shipping speed, we use USPS, DHL, or FedEx to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
For international shipments (currently not available), your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the package once it enters your country.
USA Orders
- Standard Shipping: USPS or DHL (chosen based on location and fastest option).
- Priority Shipping: FedEx.
Canada Orders (currently not available)
- Standard Shipping: DHL, shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so you will not pay extra customs fees.
- Priority Shipping: FedEx.
Europe, UK & International Orders (currently not available)
- FedEx or DHL, depending on location and best delivery route.

What About Customs Fees/Taxes?
For International orders, we do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
What can customers look forward to receiving?
Here's how your orders are packed and readied for shipping:
First, our products are placed into two-tone boxes or wooden luxury boxes.
Next, each item is securely wrapped and packed in the most suitable packaging based on its size and type. Most single-item orders are shipped in an 8.5” x 11.25” bubble mailer.
Our bubble mailers range from 6" x 10" to 14.5" x 20", while larger orders are shipped in sturdy boxes with protective filler.
For shipments sent via FedEx, we use envelopes ranging from 12.5" x 9.5" to 15" x 12.5".
